Levocetirizine belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines or antiallergic agents. Treats sneezing, runny nose and allergic skin seasonal allergy caused by various allergies and hay fever. Allergies are the immune system's response to foreign substances that are usually not harmful to your body. These foreign elements are called "allergens". The allergic condition varies from person to person. Some may be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies such as hay fever, pollen or pet dander. One of the main symptoms of allergies is a cough, which acts as a reflex in the throat when mucus or a foreign irritant enters the airways.

Use as directed by your doctor.
How it works-
Allercet M syrup 60 ml relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, asthma and urticaria, in which levocetirizine works by blocking the action of histamines H1 receptors on the surface of cells, and montelukast blocks the action of leukotrienes D in the lungs, which results in smooth muscle relaxation, reduced airway swelling and/or inflammation, and a significant reduction in the occurrence of allergic reactions.
- Allercet M syrup 60 ml is an allergy medication that contains levocetirizine and montelukast. Levocetirizine is an anti-allergy medicine that blocks a chemical that is naturally associated with allergic reactions.
- It helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion or stiffness.
- Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks the action of a chemical leukotriene and reduces inflammation and swelling in the nose and lungs, making breathing easier. Both of these together help relieve symptoms and treat many allergic conditions, thus reducing symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, cough, watery eyes, etc.
