How it works-

Levocetirizine and montelukast, the two medications that make up the Allercos M 5mg/10mg Tablet, are used to treat allergic sneezing and runny nose. A chemical messenger (histamine) that causes a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing is stopped by the antiallergic levocetirizine. a leukotriene inhibitor called montelukast. It functions by obstructing leukotriene, another chemical messenger. It alleviates symptoms by reducing swelling (inflammation) in the nostrils and lungs.
