It lowers blood pressure in cases of high blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels, which improves blood flow throughout the body. A beta blocker with a focus on the heart is S-Metoprolol Tartrate. It works by lowering your heart rate and increasing your heart’s capacity to pump blood around your body.
