Bett Vaccine is a vaccination used to prevent tetanus (also known as lockjaw). Five doses are advised during childhood, with a sixth administered during adolescence. Additional doses are advised every ten years.
Bett Vaccine is administered by a healthcare professional and should not be administered by the patient. It is critical that the child receives all of the recommended vaccinations. It is critical to receive a vaccination booster injection every ten years for the vaccine to be most effective.
How it works-
Bett provides tetanus immunity by inducing a mild infection. It contains inactivated tetanus-causing bacteria. Following administration, these inactivated bacteria enter the bloodstream and cause our bodies to produce protective antibodies against them. Because these bacteria are already inactivated, our bodies easily kill them and protects us from further infection.
How to use-

Tetanus causes a locked jaw, making breathing, eating, and swallowing impossible. Bett Vaccine prevents tetanus by assisting the body in producing substances that resist infection from the bacteria that causes tetanus. Bett Vaccine should be given to everyone, including children as young as 2 months old. Vaccination booster doses are advised for everyone every 10 years. The incubation period after being exposed ranges from 3 to 21 days, with an average of eight days.
