Bilachek Syrup is used in children (6 to 11 years old with a body weight of at least 20 kg) to relieve the symptoms of hay fever (such as sneezing, itching, runny and stuffy nose, and red or watery eyes) and other types of allergic rhinitis caused by an allergen such as pollen, dust, mold, or flakes of skin from certain animals). Bilachek Syrup is also used to treat itchiness of the skin (hives or urticaria). Hives are a type of skin rash caused by an allergic reaction to food, drugs, or other irritants.

Bilachek Syrup is an 'anti-histamine or anti-allergic' drug that is mostly used to prevent allergies. Bilachek Syrup is also used to treat hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), year-round dust or pet allergies (perennial allergic rhinitis), and urticaria (swelling, redness, and itching of the skin). Bilachek Syrup alleviates the discomfort and unpleasant symptoms caused by allergic disorders, such as a blocked/runny/itchy nose, red/watery eyes, and skin rashes. It includes bilastine (anti-histamine), which is used to treat allergies by blocking the effects of 'histamine,' a chemical messenger that is normally implicated in allergic responses.
