Bilambic M 20Mg/10Mg Tablet is a member of the "anti-allergic drug" class, which is generally used to treat allergy disorders including runny nose, stuffy nose, nasal congestion, and watery eyes. When the immune system reacts to a foreign chemical that is often not damaging to your body, an allergy is a disorder that develops. These compounds are known as "allergens." How it works-
The Bilambic M 20Mg/10Mg Tablet relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Bilastine blocks histamine, the chemical messenger that causes allergies, thereby preventing the occurrence of allergic symptoms. Montelukast blocks the action of leukotrienes, the chemical messenger that causes inflammatory reactions, thereby preventing these reactions from occurring and relieving the associated symptoms of allergic rhinitis in those who are affected.

In Bilambic M 20Mg/10Mg Tablet, the two medications Montelukast and Bilastine are combined. As a leukotriene receptor antagonist, montelukast prevents the activity of leukotrienes, which are substances produced by the lungs and cause inflammation (swelling), increased mucus production, and obstruction of airways resulting in a decrease in airway tightness, edoema, and mucus production. Histamine, the chemical that triggers allergic reactions, is inhibited by the antihistamine (anti-allergic medication) bilastine. It helps to treat allergy symptoms such sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, and stuffiness.
