How it works-

Bilaset M 20Mg/10Mg Tablet contains two medications: Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic drug. It reduces allergy symptoms including itching, swelling, and rashes by suppressing the actions of a chemical messenger in the body called histamine. Montelukast acts by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This lowers inflammation in airways, hence preventing asthma and alleviating allergy symptoms.
