It works by blocking certain chemical signals in the body, thereby reducing inflammation (such as redness, pain, warmth, and swelling), as well as itching and rashes.

How it works-

Bilastero M 20Mg/10Mg Tablet contains two medications, Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic drug. It reduces allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by suppressing the actions of a chemical messenger in the body called histamine. Montelukast acts by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This reduces the inflammation of the airways, thus preventing asthma and relieving the symptoms of allergies.
