Bilazap M Oral Suspension is an anti-allergic drug that is primarily used to treat allergy disorders such as sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes. An allergy is a condition in which your immune system reacts to a foreign chemical that is not normally damaging to your body. These alien chemicals are referred to as 'allergens'. How it works-
Bilazap M Oral Suspension is a medication that combines two medications: Bilastine and Montelukast. Bilastine is an anti-allergic drug. It reduces allergy symptoms including itching, swelling, and rashes by suppressing the actions of a chemical messenger in the body called histamine. Montelukast acts by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. This lowers inflammation in the airways, hence preventing asthma and alleviating allergy symptoms.

Bilazap M Oral Suspension contains two medications, Montelukast and Bilastine. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that prevents the effect of substances called leukotrienes, which are produced from the lungs and cause inflammation (swelling), increased mucus production, and narrowing of the airways. As a result, inflammation, mucus production, and airway constriction are reduced. Bilastine is an antihistamine (anti-allergic medication) that inhibits the activity of histamine, a chemical that causes allergic responses. It alleviates allergy symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, edema, congestion, and stiffness.
