How it works-

Bosentas 62.5 Tablet works by inhibiting the activity of endothelin-1 hormone (a chemical that causes vasoconstriction), causing blood vessel wall relaxation and broadening, resulting in lower pressure on the blood vessel wall and treating pulmonary hypertension in afflicted patients.
