- Benefits
The antipsoriatic agent class, which is largely used to treat psoriasis, includes Calpsor C Ointment. Skin cells proliferate and develop bumpy (uneven) red areas that are coated in white scales in the skin condition psoriasis. The scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back are typical locations for these red patches to develop.
Usage instructions-
- Read the pack carefully and use as directed by your doctor.
How It Works-
Calcipotriol and Clobetasol, two medications used to treat psoriasis, are combined to make Calpsor C Ointment. A kind of vitamin D is called calcipotriol. It functions by lessening the overproduction of skin cells, which might accumulate and cause scales to grow on the skin. Clobetasol, a steroid, stops the body from generating certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that result in swollen, puffy, and red skin.
Safety information-
Pregnancy
Calpsor C Ointment should be avoided during pregnancy. Although there have been few human research, animal studies have revealed some consequences on the growing baby. Please consult your physician.
Breastfeeding
Calpsor C Ointment is most likely safe to use while breastfeeding. According to the limited human evidence, the medication poses no major harm to the foetus.
