A painkiller is called Chymoflam. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis pain and inflammation are all treated with it. How it works-

Diclofenac, paracetamol, and trypsin chymotrypsin are the three medications included in the Chymoflam Tablet, which helps to alleviate pain. A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) is diclofenac, while an antipyretic (fever reducer) is paracetamol. They function by preventing the production of specific chemical signals that are responsible for pain and fever in the brain. A mixture of chymotrypsin enzymes called trypsin breaks down proteins into smaller bits so that they may be absorbed into the circulation. They improve the flow of blood to the injured region and lessen edoema.
