CO2 H Tablet DT is an adult-only combination medication used to treat typhoid fever and urinary tract infections. CO2 H Tablet DT is not indicated for individuals under the age of 18.
Usage instructions-
- Swallow the CO2 H Tablet DT whole with water; do not crush, break, or chew it.
How it works-
Cefixime acts by interfering with various mechanisms that allow bacteria to grow and multiply. Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial cell proliferation by blocking an enzyme essential for bacterial DNA replication. Thus, the combination is more successful than monotherapy in treating typhoid fever and urinary tract infections.
