Corabrad 5 Tablet is a medicine in the class of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel blockers. Corabrad 5 Tablet is used to treat symptomatic stable angina pectoris as well as chronic heart failure. Corabrad 5 Tablet is recommended for individuals with angina whose heart rate is more than or equal to 70 beats per minute and who cannot use or tolerate beta-blockers. Corabrad 5 Tablet is recommended in addition to normal therapy for adult patients with chronic heart failure whose heart rate is more than or equal to 75 beats per minute. Angina is a form of chest discomfort caused by a lack of oxygenated blood to the heart. It is a symptom of coronary artery disease and commonly occurs in adults aged 40 to 50. Muscle failure causes heart failure.
Usage instructions-
- Swallow Corabrad 5 Tablet whole with water; do not crush, break, or chew it. You can have Corabrad 5 Tablet with food.
How it works-
Ivabradine is found in Corabrad 5 Tablet and acts by lowering the heart rate by a few beats per minute. In this way, it reduces the heart's need for oxygen, which is especially important in conditions where an angina attack is possible. All of these actions regulate or lessen the likelihood of future angina attacks.

Corabrad 5 Tablet is a cardiac medication recommended for the treatment of symptomatic stable angina pectoris and chronic heart failure. Corabrad 5 Tablet belongs to the class of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel blockers, which reduce the heart rate by a few beats per minute, allowing the heart to pump more oxygenated blood as needed by the body. Corabrad 5 Tablet is lowering oxygen requirements in situations when angina attack may occur. Corabrad 5 Tablet therefore manages and minimizes the number of angina attacks. Furthermore, a high rate may impair heart function and have catastrophic effects in people suffering from chronic heart failure. Corabrad 5 Tablet medication enhances the functioning of the heart by lowering the heart rate.
