Levocetirizine is a member of the antihistamine or anti-allergic drug class. It relieves hay fever (a seasonal allergy) and other allergens that include sneezing, runny noses, and allergic skin. A reaction of your immune system to external chemicals that are often not damaging to your body is called an allergy. 'Allergens' are these alien chemicals. Individuals with allergies may have different symptoms. Some people may have dietary allergies as well as seasonal allergies like hay fever, pollen, or pet dander. The reflexive coughing that occurs in the throat when mucus or an outside allergen enters the respiratory system is one of the primary symptoms of allergies.
Usage instructions-
- Read the pack carefully and use as directed by your doctor.
How It Works-
Montelukast and Levocetirizine are ingredients in Criz-M Syrup. Together, these two medications prevent allergies-related sneezing and runny nose. Levocetirizine, an antiallergen, prevents the chemical messenger histamine from doing its work, which results in runny noses, watery eyes, and sneezing. It functions by obstructing leukotriene, another chemical messenger. By lessening edema and inflammation in the nose and airways, this alleviates symptoms.

- Levocetirizine and montelukast are ingredients of the anti-allergic drug Criz M Syrup.
- An antihistamine (anti-allergy), levocetirizine suppresses the effects of histamine, a chemical messenger normally implicated in allergic responses.
- As a result, it aids in easing allergy symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness.
- Contrarily, the leukotriene antagonist montelukast lowers edema and inflammation in the nose and lungs while inhibiting a chemical messenger (leukotriene), making breathing easier.
- Sneezing, runny nose, coughing, watery eyes, and other allergy symptoms are reduced thanks to the combined effects of these two in treating a variety of allergies and alleviating their symptoms.
