CTD M 6.25/25 Tablet ER is a combination of Chlorthalidone and Metoprolol that belongs to the Antihypertensive medication class. CTD M 6.25/25 Tablet ER is a prescription medication used to treat mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a disorder in which the force of the blood on the artery walls is consistently high, increasing the risk of heart disease, kidney disease, and stroke.
Usage instructions-

How it works-
CTD M 6.25/25 Tablet ER combines two blood pressure medications: metoprolol succinate and chlorthalidone. Metoprolol Succinate is a beta blocker that acts particularly on the heart to lower heart rate and improve cardiac efficiency in pumping blood throughout the body. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that reduces blood pressure by flushing out excess water and electrolytes from the body. It also relaxes blood arteries and enhances blood flow over time.
