How it works-

Phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide are three medications included in Deletus D Plus Syrup that treat dry cough. A decongestant, phenylephrine stimulates the tiny blood vessels to contract, relieving congestion from a stuffy or blocked nose. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antiallergen that relieves allergy symptoms including runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. A cough suppressor like dextromethorphan hydrobromide stops coughing by lessening the activity of the cough centre in the brain.
