- Benefits
Domperidone and Rabeprazole, which are both members of the drug classes known as proton pump inhibitors and dopamine antagonists, are combined to form the Derek D Capsule. Patients with gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) who have not reacted well to rabeprazole alone are prescribed Derek D Capsule SR. Chronic digestive condition known as GERD occurs when stomach acid repeatedly leaks into the oesophagus, irritating the lining. Additionally, Derek D Capsule can be used to treat peptic ulcers brought on by H. pylori infection or NSAID use. The lining of the stomach, oesophagus, or intestines can become infected with peptic ulcers, which are uncomfortable sores.
Usage instructions-
- Read the pack carefully and use as directed by your doctor.
How it works-
Domperidone and Rabeprazole are both included in Derek D Capsule SR. In order to promote movement in the stomach and intestines and make it simpler for food to pass through the stomach, the prokinetic drug domperidone affects the upper digestive system. The proton pump inhibitor (PPI) rabeprazole works by lowering stomach acid levels, which relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
