Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) is a combination of Mefenamic acid and Paracetamol that belongs to the Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) and Analgesics and antipyretics class of medications. Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) is used for the treatment of fever in children. Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) is also used to treat mild to severe pain, such as headaches, toothaches, joint or muscular discomfort, and menstrual cramps.

Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) should not be used in individuals who have asthma or aspirin-sensitive asthma, as well as serious liver, renal, or cardiac problems. Before using, consult with your doctor.

Usage instructions-

• Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) is used as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml). Shake the bottle well before use.

How it works-

Paracetamol acts on the hypothalamus, the brain's heat-regulating center, causing peripheral vasodilation, sweating, and a loss of body heat. It also raises the pain threshold by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, which are involved in prostaglandin synthesis, which is what causes pain and inflammation. Mefenamic acid also works by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes.

Dolopar M Suspension (60 ml) is safe for liver patients. Dose adjustment is not required.
