How It Works-

Bilastine and Montelukast are two medications included in the Drownil M Tablet. An anti-allergic drug is called bilastine. By keeping the body's natural histamine messenger from completing its work, it lessens allergic symptoms including itchy, swelling, and rashes.  Leukotriene is a chemical messenger that is inhibited by montelukast. This lessens airway inflammation to treat allergy symptoms and avoid asthma.
