The Dycerin GM Tablet is part of a group of drugs known as “supplements” and “adjuvant therapy” that are used to reduce pain in the large and small joints of the body. Osteoarthritis is a chronic (long-term) joint disease. The human body contains a substance, especially in the joints known as glucosamine sulfate, which reduces the amount of glucosamine in the body. The body uses this fluid to produce other chemicals needed to make tendons and ligaments, as well as cartilage and the fluid that surrounds the joints. When the levels of glucosamine and other chemicals in the body drop, cartilage breaks down and becomes thin. This causes friction between bones and wears and tears the joint tissues, leading to pain, stiffness and inflammation, and reduced mobility.

How it works-
Glucosamine, Diacerein, and Methyl Sulfonyl Methane are the three medications included in the Dycerin GM Tablet, which is used to treat osteoarthritis. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is a dietary supplement, whereas Glucosamine and dialcerein are agents that promote the production of proteoglycans. Together, they aid in the development of cartilage, the supple tissue that surrounds joints and facilitates joint healing. Additionally, MSM reduces joint inflammation (swelling).
