How it works-

Three medications are combined in Ephedrex Syrup one is Phenylephrine, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, which alleviates dry hack. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that prevents the nose from becoming clogged or sluggish by constricting the tiny veins. As an antiallergic, chlorpheniramine maleate helps alleviate allergy symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose. Cough suppressant dextromethorphan hydrobromide relieves cough by reducing brain activity of the cough center.
