Etex T Tablet is an 'antihemorrhagic agents' class of drugs that are used to treat menorrhagia. Menorrhagia is a disorder characterized by excessive or extended menstrual bleeding. Menorrhagia is defined as excessive bleeding that interferes with everyday activities, soaking one or more sanitary pads or tampons every hour for many consecutive hours, bleeding for more than a week, and suffering symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, pale face, and shortness of breath. It is also used to control postoperative hemorrhage (excessive bleeding following a surgical treatment) and local fibrinolysis (the abnormal breakdown of blood clots).

Usage instructions-

• Take an Etex T Tablet according to your doctor’s instructions. With meals or without meals, you can take an Etex T Tablet. Take it at a fixed time.

How it works-

Etex T Tablet is a combination of two medications: Tranexamic acid and Ethamsylate. Ethamsylate increases the capacity to bind together and form blood clots, whereas Tranexamic acid inhibits clot disintegration. These effects assist in alleviating severe bleeding during periods.
