Euclide-M Tablet is a member of the anti-diabetic drug class. It is mostly employed to treat type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes, a chronic or lifelong condition, alters how your body utilises glucose. Insulin is either not created in sufficient amounts or, if it is, it cannot function properly in the body in people with type 2 diabetes (insulin resistance). As a result, symptoms including frequent urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger are brought on, which raises blood glucose levels. Serious side effects can result from this, including infections of the skin, retinopathy of the eyes, neuropathy of the nerves, diabetic foot ulcers, nephropathy of the kidneys, hypertension, and even stroke.

How it works-

The Euclide M Tablet combines the anti-diabetic drugs gliclazide and metformin. Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea that lowers blood sugar by increasing the amount of insulin the pancreas releases. A biguanide, metformin reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver, delays the absorption of glucose from the intestines, and improves insulin sensitivity.
