Fexona Tablet is a combination of the medications Fexofenadine and Montelukast. Leukotriene receptor antagonists like Montelukast stop the activity of substances called leukotrienes that are produced from the lungs and cause edema, increased mucus production, and inflammation in the airways, mucus production, and airway constriction as a result. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine (drug used to treat allergies) that inhibits histamine's ability to cause allergic responses. It assists in easing allergy-related symptoms such sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, edema, congestion, and stiffness.
