Foseal 800 Tablet is a medication used to treat Hyperphosphatemia (high blood phosphate levels). Foseal 800 Tablet is mostly used in people who are on dialysis (an artificial method of removing waste and unneeded water from the blood) because of serious renal disease. It works by inhibiting phosphorus absorption into your circulation.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Foseal 800 Tablet is maybe not safe to use in pregnancy. There are limited human studies, but animal studies have shown adverse effects on the developing baby. Talk to your doctor.

Breastfeeding

Foseal 800 Tablet is probably safe to breastfeed. There is limited human data to suggest that the drug poses no risk to the baby.

Alcohol

It is unknown whether it is safe or not to take alcohol with Foseal 800 Tablet.

Driving

It is not known whether it is safe or not Foseal 800 Tablet in terms of driving.

Kidney

It's totally safe for people with kidney disease to take Foseal 800 Tablet. You don't need to change your dose.

Liver 

Foseal 800 Tablet is most probably safe for use in people with liver impairment. Due to limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult to your doctor.
