The 'ophthalmic preparations' class of drugs includes Ganfort Eye Drops 3ml, which are intended to treat elevated/increased pressure in the eyes. This may result in glaucoma, a condition. Ganfort Eye Drops 3 ml may be used either on its own or in conjunction with other drugs. The optic nerve can be harmed by the eye condition glaucoma. The nerve injury causes an unusual rise in ocular pressure.

How It Works-
Bimatoprost and timolol are two medications found in Ganfort Eye Drop. Timolol is a beta blocker, whereas Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue. They work by reducing the generation of aqueous humour, which lowers the elevated ocular pressure.

'Ophthalmic medication' is a combination agent included in Ganfort Eye Drops 3ml that is used to treat elevated intraocular pressure. These include timolol (a beta-blocker) and bimatoprost (a prostaglandin analogue), which are generally used to treat ocular hypertension (high eye pressure). If elevated pressure is not addressed, it may develop into glaucoma. A pressure that is too high may potentially cause eyesight loss. Bimatoprost acts by lowering ocular pressure and enhancing aqueous humour (fluid in the eye) drainage. Timolol reduces the amount of fluid that is produced in the eye.
