How It Works-

Glimser-P1 Tablet SR contains glimepiride, metformin, and pioglitazone, three anti-diabetic drugs. Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, reduces blood sugar by boosting the amount of insulin the pancreas secretes. Metformin is a biguanide.
