Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml is a cough and cold medication that is primarily used to treat symptoms of the common cold and allergies such as sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, fever, headache, body pains, congestion, or watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory illness that primarily affects the nose and throat. It is primarily caused by viruses known as rhinoviruses. The virus enters the body through the nose, mouth, or eyes and easily spreads through droplets in the air when a sick person sneezes, coughs, or speaks.

How it works-

Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml contains Paracetamol (mild analgesic and antipyretic), Pseudoephedrine (decongestant), and Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine/antiallergic). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain called prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and fever. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that relieves nasal congestion or stuffiness by contracting and narrowing the small blood vessels of the nasal passages and airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine (anti-allergic drug) that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance that causes allergic reactions. It alleviates allergy symptoms like sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and nasal congestion.
