Histafree M Tablet belongs to the 'anti-allergic' drug class, which is generally used to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes. An allergy is a condition in which your immune system reacts to a foreign chemical that is not normally damaging to your body. These alien chemicals are referred to as allergens.' Some people are sensitive to specific foods, as well as seasonal allergies such as hay fever, pollen, or pet dander. One of the most typical allergy symptoms is a cough, which develops as a reflex movement in the throat in response to mucus or an outside irritant getting inside the respiratory system.
Usage instructions-
- The dose and duration of Histafree M Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. You can have Histafree M Tablet with meals or without.
How it works-
Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It acts by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger known as leukotriene. This lowers inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and relieves symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic medication that inhibits the function of another chemical messenger (histamine), which is responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Histafree M Tablet is a mixture of two medications, Montelukast and Fexofenadine. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the function of leukotrienes, which are substances produced from the lungs and cause inflammation (swelling) and increased mucus production in the airways. As a result, inflammation, mucus production, and airway constriction are reduced. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine (anti-allergic medication) that inhibits the activity of histamine, a chemical that causes allergic responses. Histafree M Tablet aids in the alleviation of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and congestion or stiffness.
