How it works-

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It acts by inhibiting the function of a chemical messenger known as leukotriene. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic medication that inhibits the function of another chemical messenger (histamine), which is responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
