How It Works
Jalra-M 50mg/500mg Tablet contains a combination of two antidiabetic drugs, metformin and vildagliptin. Metformin is an anti-diabetic medicine that works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestines, and increasing the body’s insulin sensitivity. Vildagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that works by increasing pancreatic insulin release while decreasing blood sugar-raising hormones. This lowers both fasting and post meal sugar levels. They work well together to improve blood sugar control.
