Lamepil MR 100 Tablet is an anticonvulsant that is used to treat seizures in epileptic individuals. Lamepil MR 100 Tablet may also be used to postpone mood episodes in adult individuals suffering from bipolar disorder.

Usage instructions-

• The dose and duration of Lamepil MR 100 Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. You can take Lamepil MR 100 Tablet with meals or without.

How it works-

Lamepil MR 100 Tablet reduces excessive and aberrant brain nerve activity. It balances the chemical messengers in the brain and inhibits overactivity, hence regulating seizure occurrences.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Lamepil MR 100 Tablet should be avoided during pregnancy. Although there have been few human research, animal studies have revealed some consequences on the growing baby.  Please consult your physician.

Breastfeeding

It is probably not safe to breastfeed while taking Lamepil MR 100 Tablet. There is limited human data suggesting that the drug may enter breast milk and cause harm to the baby.

Alcohol

It may cause excessive drowsiness to consume alcohol with Lamepil MR 100 Tablet.

Driving

Lamepil MR 100 Tablet may cause side effects that can affect your drive.

Kidney

Lamepil MR 100 Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney issues. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.
