Lariago suspension belongs to the medication group of "quinoline" drugs, which are mainly used to treat malaria. Lariago suspension provides some protection against malaria when traveling to malaria-affected areas. It is effective against Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale, and Plasmodium. Lariago suspension is not effective against Plasmodium falciparum. It also prevents amebiasis and rheumatic diseases.

How it works-

Lariago suspension is an antiparasitic medicine used to prevents malaria and amebiasis. It works by increasing pH levels in red blood cells on the other hand parasites reside. It also works by directly interfering with the genetic material of the malaria parasite to kill it and stop it from spreading.
