Levocet Syrup is used to treat allergic symptoms such as a runny or stuffy nose (allergic rhinitis), airway congestion, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. It is a combination of two drugs, montelukast and levocetirizine. Levocet Syrup works by reducing narrowing and swelling of the airways and blocking the production of chemicals that cause allergy symptoms.

Levocetirizine and Montelukast are the active ingredients in Levocet Syrup. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic medication that works by blocking a chemical messenger that causes runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene inhibitor. It done its work by interconnected with another chemical substance. It prevents the symptoms inflammation in the airways and nose.
