A prescription drug called Mac Rabonik Plus Capsule SR is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (also known as acid reflux), intestinal ulcers, and irritable bowel syndrome. Mac Rabonik Plus Capsule SR reduces excessive production of stomach acid and prevents acid from leaking back into the food pipe.

How It Works-

Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole are two medications included in Mac Rabonik Plus Capsule SR. A prokinetic drug called levosulpiride increases the release of the chemical messenger acetylcholine. By doing so, the stomach and intestines flow more freely and reflux—acid rising into the food pipe—is avoided. A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) is rabeprazole. It works by reducing stomach acid levels, which improves indigestion and ulcers brought on by excess stomach acid.
