How it works-

Mecobion NP Tablet SR contains Methylcobalamin, Nortriptyline, and Pregabalin, with methylcobalamin being a kind of vitamin B that aids in the development of myelin (a material that protects nerve fibers) and the regeneration of injured nerve cells. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that raises the amounts of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain, which inhibits the passage of pain signals. Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant (alpha 2 delta ligand) that reduces pain by modifying nerve cell calcium channel function.
