Mefkind Forte Suspension includes two NSAIDs, Mefenamic acid and Paracetamol. Mefkind Forte Suspension is used to treat pain, inflammation, migraine headaches, period discomfort, heavy bleeding during periods, muscular pain, dental pain, joint pain, pain after surgery, ear pain, fever, flu, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Mefkind Forte Suspension inhibits the action of the cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzyme, which produces another molecule called prostaglandin. Prostaglandins are generated at injury sites and cause pain and edema. Fewer prostaglandins are created when COX enzymes are inhibited. This reduces mild to severe pain and inflammation in the wounded or damaged area.
