A skin medication called Melalong Plus Cream (20Gm) is primarily used to treat melasma (dark brown spots of skin). Brown patches appear on the face as a result of melasma, also called chloasma or the pregnancy mask. The forehead, chin, nose, and cheeks are where the discoloured patches are most prominent. A prescription drug called Melalong Plus Cream is used to treat melasma and comprises a number of different medications. It promotes rapid skin rejuvenation. It provides comfort from itchiness, edoema, and redness.
Usage instructions-

How it works-
The three medications Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Fluocinolone Acetonide that make up Melalong Plus Cream are used to treat the skin condition known as melasma, which is characterised by dark areas of skin. The skin-whitening drug hydroquinone is used. Melanin, a skin pigment responsible for skin darkening, is diminished by it. A vitamin A derivative called tretinoin aids in the quicker renewal of the skin. Prostaglandins are chemical messengers that cause the skin to become red, puffy, and itchy. Fluocinolone acetonide, a steroid, prevents the generation of these chemical messengers.
- Fluocinolone acetonide (a steroid), Hydroquinone (a skin-lightening or bleaching agent), and Tretinoin (a type of Vitamin A or retinoids), which are used to treat melasma, are the three medications included in Melalong Plus Cream (20Gm).
- A steroid called fluocinolone acetonide prevents the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemical messengers that cause the skin to become red, puffy, and itching.
- Hydroquinone is a member of the group of skin-lightening substances that function by lowering the level of melanin, a skin pigment that causes skin to darken.
- Tretinoin belongs to the group of retinoids (artificial forms of vitamin A) that increase skin cell renewal, aiding in the natural exfoliation of the skin's outer layers.
