The anti-hypertensive medication class that includes Met XL 12.5 Tablet is used to treat hypertension, or high blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, Met XL Met XL 12.5 Tablet lowers the risk of developing cardiac issues including heart attacks and stroke. A disease known as high blood pressure causes the blood vessel walls to experience greater pressure. Headache, dizziness, runny nose, visual changes, chest discomfort, weakness, and dyspnea are some of the symptoms. High blood pressure, on the other hand, typically has no symptoms.

How it works-
A blood pressure drug is called Met XL 12.5 Tablet. It includes three medications: metoprolol, cilnidipine, and telmisartan. Metoprolol lowers the heart rate and the power with which the cardiac muscles contract.
