Microcef 200Mg Tablet DT contains Cefpodoxime, which is a member of the antibiotic drug class. Bacterial infections include otitis media (a middle ear inflammation that causes pain and fever), tonsilitis (a sore throat, coughing up mucus, and tender lymph nodes), community-acquired pneumonia (a lung inflammation that causes congestion), gonorrhea (a sexually transmitted infection of the rectum, cervix, or vagina), skin structure infections (rashes, swelling, redness, pain, pus, and itching), maxillary sinusitis (inflammation around the nasal cavity that causes headaches and runny nose), and cystitis (a strong, persistent urge to urinate that is accompanied by burning pain and blood in the urine).
