Microcef 50 Dry Syrup is also used in the treatment of typhoid fever. Microcef 50 Dry Syrup prevents infection by destroying or inhibiting bacterial growth. Microcef 50 Dry Syrup is ineffective against viral infections.

Give your child Microcef 50 Dry Syrup an hour before or two hours after meals. If your kid experiences stomach distress, give it with meals. Make careful to stick to the suggested amount because it is calculated based on the kind of infection, its severity, and your child's age and body weight. If your child gags and vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medication, repeat the same dose but do not double the dose if it is time for the following dose.
