The drug Mirbeg 25 ER Tablet is a member of a class of medications known as "urinary antagonists" or "antispasmodics," which are mainly used to treat the symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB). A person with an overactive bladder experiences uncontrollable contractions of the bladder muscles, which results in an urgent need to urine, frequent urination, and an inability to regulate urination.

The "Mirbegron" ingredient in Mirbeg 25 ER Tablet 10 calms the bladder muscles, which in turn lessens overactive bladder activity. A patient with an overactive bladder experiences frequent urges to urinate because muscular contractions take place before the bladder has fully expanded. The mechanism by which Mirbeg 25 ER Tablet controls urination is by stopping abrupt contractions of the bladder muscles.
