Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is a combination of Fexofenadine and Montelukast, which are Histamine H1 receptor blockers and Leukotriene receptor antagonists, respectively. Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is used to treat allergic rhinitis symptoms (such as sneezing, itchy, runny, or clogged nose, and itchy, red, and watery eyes) in adults and adolescents (aged 15 and above).

Allergic rhinitis is a diverse condition caused by allergens such as pollen, dust, mold, or animal skin flakes. It can occur seasonally or year-round and is commonly characterized by nasal irritation, nasal decongestion, persistent sneezing, or red, watery, and itchy eyes.   

Usage instructions-

• Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is used according to your doctor’s instructions. With or without, you can take a Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet. Take it at a fixed time.

How it works-

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet alleviates the unpleasant symptoms of allergic rhinitis by antagonizing the effects of histamine (a substance that causes allergic reactions) on the surface of cells and montelukast by blocking the leukotriene receptor, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and decreased swelling and inflammation in the airways.

Pregnancy

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is probably not safe to use during pregnancy. There are limited human studies, but animal studies have shown adverse effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is probably safe to breastfeed. Limited human data suggests that the drug causes no risk to the baby. Please consult your doctor.

Alcohol

It is recommended to use Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet with caution when drinking alcohol. Please consult your physician.

Driving

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor. Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in last-stage kidney disease patients.

Liver

Montewin F 10Mg/120Mg Tablet is probably safe for use in people with liver impairment. Due to the limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult your physician.
