The 'antibiotics' group includes Myticom Eye Drops 5 ml, which are intended to relieve inflammation brought on by bacterial eye infections. After eye surgery, it addresses inflammatory disorders such as conjunctivitis (infected conjunctiva) and other eye infections.

How It Works-
Moxifloxacin and dexamethasone are two medications included in Myticom Eye Drop. An antibiotic called moxifloxacin stops bacterial cells from dividing and mending, which kills the germs. This heals the infection in your eyes. Dexamethasone, a steroid, stops the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that are responsible for the red, swollen, and itchy eyes.
