Neptaz 50Mg Tablet belongs to a class of cardiovascular drugs used to treat heart failure. Neptaz 50Mg Tablet assists in lowering the risk of mortality and hospitalization in persons with chronic heart failure. Neptaz 50Mg Tablet can also be used to treat heart failure in children aged 1 to less than 18 years old. Heart failure is a chronic disorder in which the heart's ability to pump blood is impaired.

Usage instructions-

• The dose and duration of Neptaz 50Mg Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. You can have Neptaz 50Mg Tablet with meals or without.

How it works-

Neptaz 50Mg Tablet is used to treat long-term heart failure, where Sacubitril relaxes and widens the blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body, and valsartan relaxes the blood vessels by blocking a substance called angiotensin-II, which is produced in the body and thus lowers blood pressure.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Neptaz 50Mg Tablet should be avoided during pregnancy. Although there have been few human research, animal studies have revealed some consequences on the growing baby.  Please consult your physician.

Breastfeeding

It is probably not safe to breastfeed while taking Neptaz 50Mg Tablet. There is limited human data suggesting that the drug may enter breast milk and cause harm to the baby.

Alcohol

It is unsafe to take alcohol with Neptaz 50Mg Tablet.

Driving

Neptaz 50Mg Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

Neptaz 50Mg Tablet should be avoided in those who have kidney problems. Please consult your physician.

Liver

Neptaz 50Mg Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with liver issues. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.
