Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet is a combination medication used to treat neuropathic pain. It is a chronic, progressive nerve condition that produces discomfort in the nerves. Symptoms include unprovoked pain, unpleasant feelings, shooting, searing, or stabbing pain, difficulty relaxing or sleeping, and evoked pain (pain generated by normally non-painful events).

Usage instructions-

• It is recommended that you take Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet at the dose and duration that your doctor tells you to take it. You can have this drug with food or without.

How it works-

The Neuropill NT 100mg/10mg Tablet contains two medications: gabapentin and nortriptyline. Gabapentin is an alpha 2 delta ligand works by altering calcium channel activity in nerve cells to reduce pain. Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that raises the amounts of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) in the brain that inhibit the movement of pain signals. They work together to alleviate neuropathic pain (pain caused by damaged nerves).

Pregnancy

Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet is maybe not safe to use in pregnancy. There are limited human studies, but animal studies have shown adverse effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding

It is probably not safe to breastfeed while taking Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet. There is limited human data suggesting that the drug may enter breast milk and cause harm to the baby.

Alcohol

It may cause excessive drowsiness to take alcohol with Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet.

Driving

Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet may cause side effects that can affect your drive.

Kidney

Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.

Liver 

Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet should be taken with caution in people with liver problems.  Neuropill NT 100Mg/10Mg Tablet dosage adjustments may be required. Please consult your doctor.
