Nitrohart Tablet is a vasodilator that is used to treat heart failure. Nitrohart Tablet consists of a fixed-dose combination of two medications: Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine. Isosorbide dinitrate belongs to the nitrate class of medicines. Isosorbide dinitrate relaxes the heart muscles and extends or enlarges the veins and arteries in the heart. It is used to treat angina (chest discomfort) and other heart-related conditions. Hydralazine is a vasodilator, which helps decrease high blood pressure by relaxing and expanding the blood arteries in the heart.
