Type 2 diabetes is a long-term illness that affects how your body handles glucose. As a result, the blood glucose level rises, and symptoms such as frequent urination, thirst, and hunger emerge. How it works-

Nobegliz M XR Tablet is a combination of two anti-diabetic medications: Gliclazide and Metformin. Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea that works by raising the quantity of insulin produced by the pancreas. Metformin, on the other hand, is a 'biguanide' that works by reducing glucose synthesis in the liver, slowing glucose absorption from the intestines, and enhancing the body's sensitivity to insulin.
