Nobel Spas New Tablet is a combination drug that is formulated to treat and lessen stomach discomfort and cramps. Pain in the abdomen (tummy) occurs between the chest and the pelvic area (below the belly button and leg). Bloating (trapped wind), diarrhea, kidney stones, stomach ulcer, appendicitis, or other gastrointestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) can all cause abdominal pains.

How it works-

Nobel Spas New Tablet contains two medications: Drotaverine and Aceclofenac. Aceclofenac acts by inhibiting the function of pain-causing chemical messengers. Drotaverine acts by relaxing the contractions of the smooth muscles of the abdomen.
