Nurator Tablet is a combination medication used to treat neuropathic pain caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia. Neuropathic pain is a chronic nerve condition that produces nerve pain as a result of nerve injury or a dysfunctional neural system. Symptoms include unprovoked pain, unpleasant feelings, shooting, searing, or stabbing pain, and evoked pain (pain generated by non-painful events).

Usage instructions-

• Nurator Tablet is used as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take a Nurator Tablet. Take it at a fixed time.

How it works-

Methylcobalamin, Nortriptyline, and Pregabalin are all included in the Nurator Tablet. Methylcobalamin helps to produce myelin, which protects nerve fibers and regenerates injured nerve cells. Nortriptyline changes how nerves receive pain impulses, reducing discomfort. Pregabalin works by interfering with pain messages as they go through the brain and down the spine. Nurator Tablet work together to alleviate neuropathic pain.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Nurator Tablet is probably not safe to use during pregnancy. There are limited human studies, but animal studies have shown adverse effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding

It is probably not safe to breastfeed while taking a Nurator Tablet. Limited human data suggests that the drug may enter breast milk and cause harm to the baby. Please consult your doctor.

Alcohol

Avoid alcohol consumption with Nurator Tablet it may cause excessive drowsiness.

Driving

Nurator Tablet may cause side effects that can affect your drive.

Kidney

 Liver

Nurator Tablet is probably safe for use in people with liver impairment. Due to the limited data available, dose adjustments may not be necessary in patients with liver disease. Please consult your physician.
